 | Transition Report 2008: Growth in transition
The Transition Report presents the main economic and reform developments in the EBRD’s countries of operations in 2007 and 2008. It also includes an assessment of how the global financial crisis is affecting the transition region.
The special theme this year is growth. Using various data sources, the Report looks at the roles that education, competition policy and export structure can play in shaping a country's long-term growth performance, and examines the experience and potential role of industrial policy in the region.

 | Law in transition online 2008 - Regulating the power sector
In this autumn’s edition of Law in transition online, the EBRD proposes a set of principles to guide governments through the reform of their power markets. This edition also provides an insight into the power industry of key markets in transition countries. Offering an analysis of regional sector policies, this issue aims to create a discussion platform for power industry specialists, policy-makers and stakeholders.

 | Annual report 2007: Review and Financial statements
In 2007, the EBRD invested €5.6 billion in projects in the countries in which it operates from central Europe to central Asia, with investments covering a wide range of businesses and sectors and an increased emphasis on south-eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia and Russia. The EBRD Annual Report provides a comprehensive overview of the Bank’s activities over the past year in words and images.
